The questionnaires were distributed online to 420 new-generation employees in Maichen CNC Equipment Co., Ltd., 392 valid questionnaires were retained, resulting in a valid response rate of 93.3%. The multiple regression analysis results in SPSS revealed that enterprise social media use and inclusive leader positively influenced job crafting of new-generation employees in multinational corporations, while employees’ perceptions of over-qualification exerted a negative effect. Based on the research findings, targeted management suggestions are proposed from three dimensions: enterprise social media use, inclusive leadership, and employees’ perceived over-qualification.
