This report, “LEGO’s procedure of organizing an exclusive event”, is a research conducted upon the observation of the operational approach of LEGO based on the principle of cooperative education. The purpose of this report is to observe the approach used by LEGO in order to organize exclusive events and, also, to the extent of identifying the risks and obstacles in organizing an event. CH&P Production Co.,Ltd. is an advertising agency, which operates on advertisement and organizing events that LEGO entrusted to organize their exclusive events to increase the revenue for their line of production for toys. To be able to engage more customers and make sure that the LEGO’s objectives are fulfilled, the advertising agency had to establish an efficient connection both internally and externally from setting up the agenda for the conference, allocating resources, and other processes from the beginning to the end of the event. Furthermore, the author was also assigned as an event coordinator to facilitate and support other roles in the event as well. The author had the opportunity to observe and worked about the procedure to organize an event for LEGO for the agency for fourteen weeks which provide valuable experiences that never find this in classroom. In this research is qualitative research, using the questionnaire as a tool to research and use the sample group is year 4 and graduate of new graduates of communication arts, 545 people, a statistic that is used in the data analysis is the number of queries per cent from 600 series and survey research. From the survey area. Research found that student satisfaction in course on many levels. But it is not satisfied with the teaching that there is a lack of students. This study can be used as guidelines for the revised curriculum development practitioner, even better.

This cooperative report focuses on the trading process of the BTS’s advertising media space and the installing process of BTS’s advertising media under the VGI Global Media Public Company Limited B.E. 2560. The research objectives include
1. To study the trading process of the BTS’s advertising media space
2. To study the installing process of BTS’s advertising media

The research measures are to use Microsoft Outlook in correspondence with the Supplier in order to transfer the AW file and conclude the installation date along with time on the BTS and also to use Microsoft Power Point 2010 to produce the report concluding the installation tasks and other works derived from the Sales Department such as durations of the installing contact to prevent mistakes from customers and the Department of Media Production.

The results found that :
1.Understand the trading and installing process of the BTS’s advertising media space
2.Understand how to deal or cooperate with customers and suppliers in order to install works on the BTS

The suggestion is that working in the advertising media field requires considerable skills and experiences so that ones could avoid making mistakes and creating the best piece of work.

2. To study the management process of the event to promote Hotwave Music Awards 2017.
The researcher attended summary-of-work sessions and conducted fieldwork in order to choose the most suitable location for the event so as to identify and minimize potentialproblems which may occur.
The finding revealed that working on-site, is necessary to help researcher gain insight of the event management process and cooperation with customer in order to achieve the best satisfying outcome for customers and the company.
From the study of Cooperative Working on the Management Process of Hotwave Music Awards 2017 Event of GMM Grammy Public Corporation Limited (B.E.2560), the researcher has gained understanding about pros and cons of working in the area which requires extensive skills and experience. Abstract

The title of this cooperative report is the procedure of the special event organization “Ice Village” of Central Plaza Pinklao Department Store.
The objectives of the study were.
1. To study the process of the special event “Ice Village” of Central Plaza Pinklao Department Store.
2. To be aware of problems and obstacles in the operation and to meet solutions.
The approaches of the study were to observe the preparation process in which meetings were required to plan and assign tasks to each department functions and find out the set-up. The Steps of the organization of the event were to how to check the completeness of the tasks and how to publicize the sale promotion of the event.
The findings indicated that during the co-operative education operation and the process of the special event “Ice Village” of Central Plaza Pinklao Department Store, The trainee learnt about the procedures of the special event arrangement and planning, on the job training programmer from the organization, the method of liaison with clients and also problems solving in every situation so as to be well-prepared for the real world and working in the respective role in the future.
It was recommended that the two qualities which the observer should practice and be aware of are the prudence and the punctuality in working. In addition, external factors also play the role in contributing to problems such as internet outage which may delay the operation or computer blackout resulting in incapacity of working in time.

In this study, Microsoft Outlook was used for coordinating with customers, summarizing details, day and times of scoop filming for Yen Yen cool herb tea beverage and airtime in order to prevent errors of both customers and production department.
It is Found that student had a chance to practically conduct works, leading to better understandings of the process of preparing scoop for Yen Yen cool herb tea beverage and the methods of coordinating with customers in order to promote the product through TV program to meet the satisfaction of customer and TV program.
It suggests that the production of the product scoop requires completeness and understanding of the work in order to create the best and most satisfactory works.
