Abstract

Thai smile Airways Company Limited is the regional airlines company and wholly owned the subsidiary of Thai Airways, based in Thailand. Thai smile Airways flights currently fly domestically and
internationally. At the moment, Thai smile is a popular and well-known airlines in Thailand. The company has to provide goods, equipment and foods for all in-flight services. This duty is very crucial for creating a good service. However, this duty is quite complicated because it has to deal with many kinds of documents. Moreover, the approval processes from purchasing department is also complicated. According to the complications stated above, trainee decided to do the project under the topic of “The processes of working in In-flight Service Department”. The main objective of this project is to explain and clarify the working processes for In-flight Service Department. The content will include the steps for purchasing materials. Additionally, this project will specify about the types of documents that are used for ordering and purchasing goods, equipment, and foods. All of this information will be presented in the format of Cooperative Education Project. Hopefully, this project would possibly be benefited to the new employees of the In-flight Service Department and the others who are interested in working process of In-flight Service Department.

I am in charged of the line operator and show room inspector for guests. According to the above assign task, I am interested in doing the project named “Manual in Operation for Front Office Staff”. In the project, it includes the process of operator, the process of show room, conversation with customers after check in and conversation for show room. I hope it is essential and this might be advantageous for the company staff and other cooperative education students in using this manual effectively as a pilot.

Thailand is among the world’s largest exporter of several garment products and accessory, for example fabric, inner wear and underwear. Thai ParfunCo.Ltd.Branch 00002 situated at PhutthamonthonSai 4. If focuses on export wholesale and retail of all kinds of products categories. During my internship cooperate from the session on May 10, 2016 to September 2, 2016. I was assigned as trainee coordinator. I was responsible for preparing and handling all export documents for Air Freight and Coordinating with a wide range of agent’s supplier. Most of the export documents are based on various details, information and technical terms. This caused a problem for trainee because it took time to study documents required for Air Freight. In order to tackle the problem, the project called “Study about Export Documents for Air Freight” is prepared. This project focuses on collecting and studying details, information, vocabularies and abbreviation related with the export documents. The documents comprising six forms are as follows: 1. Invoice, 2.Packing List, 3. Booking, 4. Air Way Bill, 5. Export Declaration Control, 6. Billing. The objectives of this project are to provide informs, details, vocabularies and abbreviation in export documents and it also aims to be a source of information that will help staff and trainee handle export documents more efficiently and effectively.

It is because English proficiency of each worker is different. The Trainee decided to solve the problems thatpreviously pointed out by translating English version Adidas Group Shipping Manual into Thai in order to eliminate the misunderstanding about the procedure methods and shipping exceptions in other countries Hopefully when this manual is translated into Thai version. All workers could possibly follow the guidelines stated in manual clearly and accurately. This would be resulted in higher standard of the company working performance and it would soon lead to the recognition and success of the organization.

The work must race against the clock. But the most effective The process of division OPERATION are quite detailed. Therefore, it is imperative highly important to create a project about the procedures of the department OPERATION to benefit the company’s First World Tour Co-op students and the next generation. Bandara Suites Silom Bangkok is located on the center of business area and the places of amusement. It is four-star hotel with 240 rooms and facilities such as two swimming pools, fitness center, Jacuzzi, sauna, meeting room and National and Thai restaurant. The assigned duties are reception which is a part of Front Office department. Our routine duties is to deliver fine and awesome service to the guests, to welcome guest to the hotel, to register or check-in the guests upon arrival and to settle the bill or check-out upon departure by using Amadeus. Moreover, English communication skills with guests are very important for Receptionists. According to the importance stated above, we decided to do project on the Topic of “How to use Amadeus and English for Hotel Business.” We do hope that this project will benefit trainees and new staff to learn and understand how does the basic functions of Amadeus work. More importantly the advantage is knowing polite English Communication in Hotel Business. This project might possibly lead to the increase of work efficiency and the better hotel standard image.

Nowadays, the industrial packaging is the industry that is related to other industries. All of the products areproduced from the factory and it will be sent to the customers. Jindasiam Packaging Co., Ltd was established in 1991, and provided services to customers who used corrugated paper box packaging more than 24 years. Every year, the Company produces a quality products more than 5 million pieces. Ithas also been trusted from 2,000 customers from all of the country. During my internship cooperative education session from 30 May to 2 September 2016, I was assigned as a trainee in Accounting Executive position of Jindasiam Packaging Company. I was responsible for 1.contacting and getting the order from the customer. 2.coordinating between customer and company personnel. 3.tracking and preparing for delivery and 4.managing the documents that used in the manufacturing process. According to the reasons above, the project “AE Operation : Jindasiam Packaging Co., Ltd” is prepared. It focuses on procedure of working as an Accounting Executive position. The objectives of this project are to provide working process of Accounting Executive position of Jindasiam packaging company and it also aims to be a source of information that will help staff and trainee to work more effectively and efficiently.

During my internship cooperate education session from May 30, 2016 toSeptember 2, 2016. We work in Tourist information Division and The America Market Division. Our responsibilities are giving information to tourist, collecting information about tourist attractions, assisting the procurements of report, delivering the internal organization’s documents and etc. According to the above assigned tasks, we are interested in preparing the project “Travel Styles in Thailand.” In the project it includes Argo-tourism, Historical tourism and Culture & Tradition tourism. The objectives of the project are to learn about travel in Thailand and to collect information about tourist attractions. In addition airlines business that is our main business, Thai Airways provide related business and support our airfreight both in business unit model and joint venture model. IATA is responsible for safetyand business standard including airlines, cargo and passengers. Cargo and Mail Sales department is the one of airline business which deals with Cargo and Mail. As we were the internships in Cargo and Mail Sales department, we found problems about working operation that made we did not understand about working in the department. Therefore, we are interested in preparing the project “ Cargo and Mail operation” the objectives of the project are 1) to study the working operations and documents of Cargo and Mail Sales department 2) to compile logistic vocabularies and abbreviations. This project will be useful for people who are interested in logistic and can get the knowledge or understanding about working operation at Cargo and Mail Sales department. Besides, it is helpful for working efficiency and reducing working error in Cargo and Mail Sales department.

This project focuses on collecting and studying working procedures, related documents and technical terms. During our internship cooperate education session from 31 May to 2 September 2016, NongnuchSaejiw and SriprapaPotichai were assigned as trainee in Division of Building Management. We were Customer Services Officers and were responsible for communicating and providing services for both Thai and foreign customers. In our responsibility, we found that English vocabulary, expression and dialogues are very important in communication. Therefore, in order to improve efficiency in communication, the project “English for Communication in Division of Building Management: CAT” is prepared. This project focuses on studying English vocabulary, expression and sentence related to operation. The objectives of this project are 1.to collect English vocabularies, expression and sentences related to operation procedure and 2. to help staff and trainee to work more effectively and efficiently.

During our internship cooperate education session from 6 June to 9 September2016, Sunussorn Jamjan was assigned as a trainee in Meeting Department and was responsible for arranging a letter related the meeting and Nucharee Sapan was assigned as a trainee in Aviation Personnel Development Department and was responsible for arranging meeting and training schedule for pilots. In our responsibilities, we found that the working procedures were rather complicated. The documents consist of various details, technical terms, and expressions. Background knowledge and depth skills are required to help trainees do their duties effectively. According to the reasons above, the project “Operating Procedures for Meeting Department and Aviation Personnel Development Department: Thai Airways” is prepared.
