บทคัดย่อ
คณะนักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาได้มาปฏิบัติงานที่ โรงพยาบาลวิชัยเวช อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล หนองแขม ได้พบว่าทางโรงพยาบาลมีการตรวจนับทรัพย์สิน โดยการบันทึกข้อมูลลงในกระดาษ จึงส่งผลให้การบันทึกข้อมูลเกิดความผิดพลาด และค้นหาข้อมูลล่าช้า คณะนักศึกษาปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาจึงได้พัฒนาระบบบันทึกและตรวจนับอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio 2022 เป็นเครื่องมือ เขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา PHP และใช้ phpMyAdmin สำหรับจัดการฐานข้อมูล โดยระบบมีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ หน้า Login ข้อมูลเจ้าหน้าที่ ข้อมูลแผนก ข้อมูลซอฟต์แวร์ เมนูอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ข้อมูลโปรเจกต์ และตรวจนับ ในเมนูอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์มีเมนูย่อยที่นำไปหน้าประเภทอุปกรณ์ รหัสทรัพย์สิน และผลการตรวจนับ ที่ให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้ทำการใช้ตรวจนับทรัพย์สินในโรงพยาบาล

Abstract
A group of cooperative education students undertook their training at Vichaivej International Hospital Nongkhaem and found that the hospital conducted asset inspections by recording data on paper. This resulted in data entry errors and delays in information retrieval. Therefore, the cooperative education students developed a web-based system for recording and counting computer equipment. The system was developed using Visual Studio 2022 as the tool for designing the website interface, programmed in PHP, and managed with phpMyAdmin for the database. The website consists of the following components: Login page, Staff Information, Department Information, Software Information, Computer Equipment menu, Project Information, and Inspection. Within the Computer Equipment menu, there are sub-menus that link to Equipment Categories, Asset Codes, and Inspection Results, which enable staff to carry out asset inspections within the hospital.
