การออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบริหารจัดการและติดตามทรัพย์สิน กรณีศึกษา ภาควิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบริหารจัดการและติดตามทรัพย์สิน กรณีศึกษา ภาควิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบริหารจัดการและติดตามทรัพย์สิน กรณีศึกษา ภาควิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม โดยพัฒนารูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันใช้งานผ่านเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ด้วยเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เขียนคำสั่งด้วยภาษา TypeScript จัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย PostgreSQL โดยใช้โปรแกรม HeidiSQL และพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันโดยใช้หลัก System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) เว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบริหารจัดการและติดตามทรัพย์สิน 2) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (x ̅) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสอบถามจากกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 10 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระบบแบ่งผู้ใช้เป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1) ผู้ดูแลระบบ สามารถดูข้อมูลสรุปที่หน้าแดชบอร์ด จัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานในระบบ เพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไข ค้นหา ข้อมูลทรัพย์สิน ตรวจสอบข้อมูลทรัพย์สินของแต่ละห้องเรียน แก้ไขสถานะของทรัพย์สิน เพิ่มห้องเรียน เพิ่มประเภททรัพย์สิน และออกรายงานรายการทรัพย์สิน 2) ผู้ใช้งาน สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบเพื่อใช้งาน เพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไข ค้นหา ข้อมูลทรัพย์สิน ตรวจสอบข้อมูลทรัพย์สินของแต่ละห้องเรียน แก้ไขสถานะของทรัพย์สิน และออกจากระบบเมื่อเลิกใช้งาน (2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅= 4.29, S.D. = 0.55) และ (3) ความพึงพอของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.38, S.D. = 0.62)

Abstract

This research aims to 1) design and develop a web application for asset management and tracking: a case study of the Computer Science Department, Siam University, 2) evaluate the efficiency of the web application by experts, and 3)assess user satisfaction towards the web application for asset management and tracking. The system is developed as a web application that can be accessed through web browsers over the Internet. Commands are written in TypeScript, and the PostgreSQL database is managed using HeidiSQL. The application development process followed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. The research instruments included 1) the web application for asset management and tracking, 2)an expert evaluation form for assessing the efficiency of the web application, and 3) a user satisfaction questionnaire. Data were collected from 10 targeted users using purposive sampling. The statistical methods used for data analysis were mean (x ̅) and standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings are as follows: (1) The system classifies users into two groups: 1) administrators, who are able to view summary information on the dashboard; manage user accounts; add, delete, edit, and search asset data; inspect asset information for each classroom; update asset status; add new classrooms and asset types; and generate asset reports, and 2) users, who are able to log in to the system, add, delete, edit, and search asset data, inspect asset information for each classroom, update asset status, and securely log out upon completion of use. (2) The evaluation of the system’s efficiency by experts indicated a high level of effectiveness (x ̅= 4.29, S.D. = 0.5) (3) The user satisfaction evaluation regarding the web application also revealed a high level of satisfaction (x ̅ = 4.38, S.D. = 0.62).
