บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท KTC ประนอมหนี้ จำกัดมหาชน เป็นบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ที่มีพนักงานเป็นจำนวนมาก มีหลายหน่วยงาน ซึ่งทำให้การที่จะหาชื่อ พนักงาน หารูปภาพพนักงาน หาเบอร์ติดต่อพนักงาน หาอีเมล์พนักงานเป็นไปได้อย่างยากลำบาก ผู้จัดทำจึงมีแนวคิดที่จะพัฒนาไลน์บอทสำหรับค้นหาข้อมูลพนักงานขึ้นเพื่อแก้ไขในจุดนี้โดยไลน์บอทสำหรับการใช้ค้นหาข้อมูลพนักงาน โดยใช้ฟังก์ชั่นของ Google Sheets App Script ในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชั่นด้วยการเขียนโค้ดที่น้อยลง ซึ่งตอบโจทย์ในการขยายฟังก์ชันการทำงานใหม่ๆได้ด้วยตนเอง นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถปรับให้เป็นระบบอัตโนมัติได้อย่างรวดเร็วและง่ายดาย โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะด้านการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์อย่างผู้เชียวชาญแต่อย่างใด โดยใช้ภาษา JavaScript ในการพัฒนาซึ่งจากการทดสอบไลน์บอทสำหรับการค้นหาข้อมูลพนักงานเบื้องต้น สามารถหาได้อย่างถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract
KTC Debt Compromise Public Company Limited is a sizable organization with numerous employees and agencies. It is challenging to locate specific employee details such as names, photos, contact numbers, and email addresses. To address this issue, the creator developed a Line Bot designed for employee information retrieval. This bot utilizes the Google Sheets App Script functionality, allowing for application development with minimal coding. This approach facilitates personal expansion of new features, ensuring that automation processes are both quick and straightforward. Users are not required to have advanced software development skills, as the bot is developed using JavaScript. This solution is based on successful tests conducted with the Line Bot for basic employee information searches, demonstrating its accuracy and efficiency.
