บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย 1.เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการนำนโยบาย Work from Home ไปปฏิบัติในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID – 19) ของส่วนราชการในเขตบางนา 2.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับประสิทธิผลการนำนโยบาย Work from Home ไปปฏิบัติในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID – 19) ของส่วนราชการในเขตบางนา 3.เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการให้บริการที่ดีกับประสิทธิผลการนำนโยบาย Work from Home ไปปฏิบัติในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID – 19) ของส่วนราชการในเขตบางนา โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า T การทดสอบค่าความแปรปรวน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิผลการนำนโยบาย Work from Home ไปปฏิบัติในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID – 19) ของส่วนราชการในเขตบางนา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เพศและอายุ ที่แตกต่างกันมีประสิทธิผลการนำนโยบาย Work from Home ไปปฏิบัติในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID – 19) ของส่วนราชการในเขตบางนาที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.000 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามมติฐานที่กำหนดไว้ 3. การให้บริการที่ดีมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการนำนโยบาย Work from Home ไปปฏิบัติในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID – 19) ของส่วนราชการในเขตบางนา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .000 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามมติฐานที่กำหนดไว้

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were : 1) to study the level of effectiveness of the Work from Home policy implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic of government offices in Bangna district; 2) to compare personal factors with the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy; and 3) to study the relationship between good service and the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was a quantitative research, utilizing a questionnaire as the research tool. The statistical techniques were Mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance, and correlation coefficient.
The study found that: 1) the overall effectiveness of the Work from Home policy implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic of government offices in Bangna district was at a high level; 2) the differences in personal factors, different genders and ages, affected the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic of government offices in Bangna district at statistical significant level of.00, aligning with the established hypotheses; 3) the relationship between good service and the effectiveness of the Work from Home policy implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic in government offices of Bangna district were statistically correlated at the 0.00 level of significances, aligning with the establish hypotheses.
