บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลเกษมราษฎร์ ประชาชื่น โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็นผู้รับบริการของโรงพยาบาลเกษมราษฎร์ ประชาชื่น จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่
แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาอย่างเป็นระบบ และการจัดหมวดหมู่สาระสำคัญตามกรอบแนวคิดส่วนประสมทางการตลาดบริการ (7Ps)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลเกษมราษฎร์ ประชาชื่น จำแนกออกเป็นประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ คุณภาพการให้บริการของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์
ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงบริการ ความเหมาะสมของสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และความเหมาะสมของค่าใช้จ่าย โดยกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญกับความเชี่ยวชาญของแพทย์ ความเอาใจใส่ของพยาบาล ความรวดเร็วของขั้นตอนการให้บริการ ตลอดจนความชัดเจนในการให้ข้อมูลด้านการรักษาพยาบาล นอกจากนี้ ยังให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาพื้นที่ให้บริการภายในโรงพยาบาลเพื่อลดความแออัดในพื้นที่รอรับบริการ และเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายแก่ผู้รับบริการ

Abstract
This research aimed to examine factors affecting the use of Kasemrad Prachachuen Hospital services. A qualitative study was conducted among 30 primary caregivers of Kasemrad Prachachuen Hospital. with semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using systematic content analysis and categorized adopting the Service Marketing Mix (7Ps) framework.
The results revealed that factors influencing the decision to use Kasemrad Prachachuen Hospital services can be categorized into key areas: quality of medical personnel’s services, ease of access, suitability of the environment and facilities, and cost-effectiveness. The majority of respondents prioritized physician expertise, nurses’ attentiveness, speed of service procedures, and clarity of medical information. Furthermore, recommendations were made for improving the hospital’s service areas to reduce congestion in waiting areas and increase patient comfort.
