บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการอุดตันของระบบท่อน้ำทิ้งและท่อโสโครกในห้องพัก กรณีศึกษาอาคารสูงและอาคารขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ 37 ชั้น โดยทำการตรวจสอบสภาพการใช้งานของระบบสุขาภิบาลเพื่อหาสาเหตุของการอุดตันที่เกิดจากเศษปูน เศษวัสดุก่อสร้าง และสิ่งตกค้างภายในท่อ ซึ่งส่งผลให้น้ำระบายช้า น้ำเอ่อล้น และเกิดกลิ่นย้อนภายในห้องพัก การตรวจสอบดำเนินการโดยการทดสอบการไหลของน้ำ ตรวจสอบจุดอุดตันภายในแนวท่อ และประเมินสภาพการใช้งานของระบบท่อ จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าเศษปูนและวัสดุก่อสร้างที่ตกค้างภายในท่อเป็นสาเหตุหลักของการอุดตัน แนวทางการแก้ไขได้ดำเนินการโดยการล้างทำความสะอาดท่อ การใช้เครื่องมือทะลวงท่อกำจัดเศษปูน และเปลี่ยนท่อที่ชำรุดหรืออุดตันรุนแรง ส่งผลให้ระบบระบายน้ำกลับมาทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดปัญหาการอุดตันและยืดอายุการใช้งานของระบบสุขาภิบาลภายในอาคารสูงได้อย่างเหมาะสม

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the problem of clogged drainage and sewage systems in guest rooms of a 37-story high-rise building. The investigation examined the sanitary system to identify the causes of blockages, primarily due to cement debris, construction waste, and other residue inside the pipes. These blockages resulted in slow drainage, overflow, and odor in the guest rooms. The inspection involved water flow testing, checking for blockages within the pipes, and assessing the overall condition of the plumbing system.
The results showed that cement debris and construction materials were the main cause of the blockages. Solutions included pipe cleaning, using pipe clearing tools to remove debris, and replacing damaged or severely clogged pipes. These improvements restored the drainage system’s efficiency, reduced blockages, and extended the lifespan of the sanitary system in the high-rise building.
