บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท กาแฟเขาช่อง จำกัด เป็นองค์กรที่มีการนำเครื่องบรรจุแบบโรตารีมาใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตเป็นการเรียนรู้ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกวิศวกรรม บริษัท สมาร์ทแพค ออโตเมชัน จำกัดจากการปฏิบัติงาน ทำให้ทราบถึงการทำงานของเครื่องจักรเมื่อเกิดการขัดข้องทำให้สูญเสียระยะเวลาในการซ่อมบำรุง และเกิดความสูญเสียมูลค่าของสินค้าเป็นจำนวนมาก จึงมีแนวคิดร่วมกับพนักงานพี่เลี้ยงโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดการสูญเสียของมูลค่าสินค้า โดยออกแบบและติดตั้งสวิตช์ป้องกันฉุกเฉินเพื่อหยุดการทำงานของเครื่องจักรและยืดระยะเวลาการซ่อมบำรุงของเครื่องจักร หลังการติดตั้งเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วและทำการทดสอบเป็นระยะเวลา 2 เดือน พบว่าระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยก่อนการเสียหายแต่ละครั้ง (Mean Time Between Failures : MTBF) หลังการดำเนินงานมีค่าเพิ่มขึ้น 122.50 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.47 และระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยตั้งแต่เสียหายจนใช้งานได้แต่ละครั้ง (Mean Time To Repair : MTTR) หลังดำเนินงานมีค่าลดลง 85.00 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.48 ระยะเวลาการซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรลดลงได้ถึง 510 นาที รวมทั้งลดการสูญเสียของสินค้าเป็นมูลค่ารวม 382,200 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.60 รายละเอียดทั้งหมดนำเสนอไว้ในโครงการสหกิจศึกษาฉบับนี้

Abstract
The Khao Chong Coffee Company Limited is an organization that uses rotary packing machines in the production process wich was learned during cooperative education practice at the engineering department, the Smart Pack Automation company Limited. The failure of machine operation, long maintenance time and the loss of value of many products were learned in the system. Therefore, the concept of product loss values reduction had been achieved by staff and me. The design and installation of emergency protection switches to stop the operation of the machine and extend the maintenance period of the machine was constructed. After the installation had been completed and tested for 2 months, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) after the operation has increased 122.50 percent to 73.47 percent. The range of Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) after the operation has been reduced by 85.00 percent to 40.48 percent. The repair time of the machine can be reduced by 510 minutes. The total value of the goods is 382,200 baht or 41.60 percent. The details have been presented in this cooperative education project.
