บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนองานติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาระบบโทรศัพท์แลระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ร่วมกับ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จํากัด (มหาชน) สาขา อาคารบำรุงรักษาพุทธมณฑลสาย 3 โดยได้พัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถด้าน งานติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาระบบโทรศัพท์แลระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่อนำไปปฏิบัติ ในหน้าที่ ประจำวัน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ทำการรวบรวมวิธีการและปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ถึงวันที่ 29 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ส่งผลให้ลดการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำซ้อนและสามารถนำ ไปขยายผล เพื่อใช้ในกระบวนการบริการอื่นๆ และตามนโยบายของบริษัทต่อไป

Abstract
This cooperative education project presents the processes involved in the installation and maintenance of telephone and internet systems, carried out during a cooperative education program between Siam University and National Telecom Public Company Limited, Phutthamonthon Sai 3 Maintenance Building branch. The primary goal was to enhance knowledge and skills in installing and maintaining telephone and internet systems, enabling more efficient performance in daily operations. The project compiled operational procedures, identified issues, and developed solutions from May 19, 2025, to August 29, 2025. The results demonstrated a reduction in recurring problems and provided insights that can be applied to other service processes in line with the company’s policies.
