บทคัดย่อ
ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่กิจการร้านสวัสดิการกองทัพเรือ ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำหน้าที่ในการเบิกเงินค่าสินค้าผ่อนชำระให้แก่ร้านค้าผู้ประกอบการ ด้วยระบบ Naval Shop welf are System ซึ่งเป็นระบบที่ใช้เฉพาะในส่วนราชการและปฏิบัติงานการเงินอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าฝ่ายการเงิน
โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะการทำงาน โดยศึกษาการทำงานด้วยระบบ Naval Shop welf are System ในการบันทึกเอกสารขอเบิกเงินค่าสินค้าผ่อนชำระที่ได้รับเพื่อเข้ากระบวนการเบิกเงินโครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการขอเบิกเงินค่าสินค้าผ่อนชำระ และสามารถเพิ่มทักษะในการใช้งานในระบบของงานราชการ ซึ่งจะสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะมีประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract
The Naval Welfare Shop cooperative education project assigned the student the duty of withdrawing payments for installment payments through the Naval Shop welf are System and other financial tasks, as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
This project was designed to increase knowledge, provide a better understanding, and foundation working skills. By studying the function of the system itself, which records withdraw documents for installment products and enter the disbursement process gave the student knowledge and understanding of the process of requesting payment for installment payments and also upskills in use for working in the government system, which can be applied in future career paths. The author sincerely hopes that this project will be useful to the people involved.
