บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมร่วมกับบริษัทควอลิตี้พรอพเพอร์ตี้แมเนจเม้นท์จำกัดการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบวิศวกรรมในอาคารชุด ซึ่งทางบริษัทได้มอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคารชุดการทดสอบระบบปั๊มน้ำดับเพลิงและการตรวจสอบระบบวิศวกรรมรายละเอียดการบำรุงรักษาเชิง ป้องกันและขั้นตอนการลงปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับบริษัทได้อธิบายไว้ในโครงงานเล่มนี้แล้วสามารถนำไปใช้ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษา ในเรื่องของการปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมได้ต่อไป

Abstract
This cooperative education project, in partnership with Quality Property Management Co., Ltd., presented engineering system maintenance work. It focused on the engineering systems found in a condominium. The company-assigned duties include the maintenance of various condominium engineering systems, testing of fire pump systems, swimming pool systems, fire protection systems, fire alarm systems, wastewater treatment systems, and engineering system inspections. This project explained preventive maintenance practices and worked with Quality Property Management Co., Ltd. This cooperative education effort may contribute to future engineering maintenance work studies.
