บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเรื่อง ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาผลการประเมินมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 จำนวน 52 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 362 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบวิธีการคัดเลือกเข้า
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 พบว่า ระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเรียงลำดับ 3 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูง ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารอย่างมืออาชีพ และด้านการเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล
2. ระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
3. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 พบว่าภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารทุกด้านส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ในระดับต่ำ R2 = 0.295 โดยภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ คือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบริหารอย่างมืออาชีพ มีอำนาจพยากรณ์สูงสุด รองลงมาคือ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัลตามลำดับ

Abstract
The study on the digital leadership of school administrators affecting the educational standards of student quality in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 aimed to: 1) examine the digital leadership of school administrators; 2) examine the results of the assessment of educational standards of student quality in schools; and 3) examine the digital leadership of school administrators affecting educational standards of student quality in schools. The population of this study consisted of administrators and teachers in 52 schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. The respondents were 362 school administrators and teachers. The statistics employed for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the enter method.
The findings of this study were as follows:
1. The overall level of digital leadership of school administrators in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, across all five domains, was found to be at a high level. When ranked, the three domains with the highest mean scores were vision, professional use of technology in administration, and digital citizenship, respectively.
2. The overall level of educational standards of student quality in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 was found to be at the highest level.
3. The digital leadership of school administrators affecting educational standards of student quality in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 in all domains affected educational standards on the quality of learners of student quality in schools at a low level (R² = 0.295). The digital leadership domains that could jointly predict educational standards of student quality in schools were, in order of predictive power, professional use of digital technology in administration (the highest predictor) and digital vision, respectively.
