บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ชัยชนะไอที จำกัด เป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายและให้บริการอุปกรณ์ด้านไอทีและระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย เช่น กล้องวงจรปิด ปัจจุบันในการดำเนินการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ระบบกล้องวงจรปิดต้องใช้ช่างที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเท่านั้นเนื่องจากไม่มีคู่มือการติดตั้งเพื่อให้ช่างมือใหม่ใช้อ้างอิง ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำคู้มือการติดตั้งการใช้งานกล้องวงจรปิด เพื่อเป็นคู่มือสำหรับพนักงานฝ่าย IT Support ในการจัดการปัญหาเบื้องต้น โดยพัฒนาเป็นคู่มืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คู่มือการติดตั้งใช้งานกล้องวงจรปิดที่จัดทำนี้สามารถช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกให้แก่พนักงานและการบริการลูกค้าได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

Chaichana IT Company Limited is a distributor and service provider of IT equipment and security systems, such as CCTV cameras. Currently, the installation of CCTV systems requires specialized technicians, as there is no installation manual available for reference by novice technicians. Therefore, I has been assigned to create a CCTV installation and user manual to serve as a guide for IT Support staff in addressing basic issues. This manual has been developed as an electronic document to enhance convenience for employees and improve customer service quality.
