Abstract
“The completion of this internship report is a requirement for enrollment in Siam University’s Faculty of Business Administration’s Cooperative Education program. The purpose of the internship at Nest Media and Digital Private Limited was to obtain hands-on experience in event management and digital marketing. The internship, which ran from January 15, 2024, to May 15, 2024, lasted 16 weeks and gave participants an in-depth understanding of a variety of aspects of the field of digital marketing. Objectives of the study include: (1) To learn how to deal with and coordinate with the clients. (2) To learn to create content for Social media pages. (3) To understand digital marketing concepts (4) To learn Campaign analytics. The responsibilities given to me were to plan and execute the content and campaigns on social media platforms and respond to inquiries from clients.
To engage with a worldwide audience, firms must build a strong online presence in today’s competitive market. This paper highlights the critical role that digital platforms play in enabling broad outreach and involvement, especially in sectors like hospitality and construction. The main goals of the internship were to create engaging blog posts, social media captions, and website material for a variety of hotel patrons. Other goals included identifying target demographics and creating content strategies that would appeal to particular audience groups. Moreover, the internship placed a strong emphasis on maintaining brand consistency across all communication platforms and utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to increase customers’ online presence.
During my internship, I ran across a few issues, such as brainstorming creative ideas, combining several industries, and selecting the right campaign goal for a Facebook ad. With the assistance of my supervisor and mentors, I was able to resolve these issues. Through the experience, significant chances for both professional and personal development were presented, allowing for the learning of critical abilities like organizing, coordinating, managing time, multitasking, and effective communication. These abilities highlight the enriching nature of the internship program at Nest Media and Digital Private Limited and am prepared to make a substantial contribution to future careers.”
