บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานเรื่อง ระบบการจัดเก็บเอกสารที่มีผลต่อตัวเลขในแผนกบัญชีมีวัตถุประสงค์1) สามารถทำงานเกี่ยวกับตัวเลขภายในโปรแกรม Excel ไดสะดวกรวดเร็วมากขึ้น 2) เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบโครงสร้างการทำงานร่วมกับระบบ QR Codeและแอปพลิเคชั่น Sheet 3) มีพื้นที่จัดเก็บเอกสารเกี่ยวกับบัญชีทั้งหมดภายในสำนักงานที่มากขึ้น โดยจากการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาในแผนกบัญชี(Accounting) ส่วนในแผนก AR (Account Receivable) ทางผู้จัดทำได้สังเกตุเห็นว่าในทุกวันจะมีข้อผิดพลาดในการกรอกยอดตัวเลขประเภทบัตรเครดิตที่ไม่ตรงกัน เพื่อเป็นการช่วยลดเวลาการแก้ปัญหา โดยเห็นว่าแอปพลิเคชั่น Sheetและระบบ QR Code สามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้จึงนำมาใช้เป็นระบบเครื่องมือการจัดเก็บเอกสาร

จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของพนักงานในแผนกท้ังหมดเป็นจำนวน 30 คน พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ26-41 ปีและส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในแผนกบัญชี ผลจากการตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจระบบการจัดเก็บเอกสารที่มีผลต่อตัวเลขในแผนกบัญชี ซึ่งสรุปผลจากตารางแสดงค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลางคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ที่ 3.47

Abstract

The Document Filing System Affecting Number in Accounting Department project aimed: 1) To work on numbers with in excel program more convenietly and quickly; 2) To learn about the structure system with QR Code system and sheet application; 3) To more storage space for all accounting documents in the office. from the practice of cooperative education. In the Accounting Department, in the AR (Account Receivable) section. The author has noticed that every day there will be errors in filling in the wrong number of credit card types. To help reduce problem solving time by seeing thatSheet application and QR Code system can work together. Therefore, it is usedas adocument storage tool system.

A survey of 30 employees in the department found that the majority of respondents were gender. Female, aged 26-41 years old and mostly in the accounting department, the results of the satisfaction questionnaire of the document storage system that affects the numbers in the accounting department, which is summarized from the table showing the average and standard deviation, the satisfactionlevel was moderate, representing an overall average of 3.47.
