บทคัดย่อ

ผู้จัดทำได้เข้าปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ที่โรงแรมมิลเลนเนียม ฮิลตัน กรุงเทพฯ ในแผนกแม่บ้าน ได้จัดทำโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่อง ก้อนทำความสะอาดพื้นกลิ่นโอเชี่ยน (Floor Cleaning Ocean Aroma) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการทำผลิตภัณฑ์ก้อนทำความสะอาดกลิ่นโอเชี่ยน เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ก้อนทำความสะอาดกลิ่นโอเชี่ยน เพื่อลดขั้นตอนการทำความสะอาดของแผนกแม่บ้าน เมื่อได้ทดลองทำผลิตภัณฑ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว ได้จัดทำแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ทั้งหมดจำนวน 30 ชุด โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ พนักงานในแผนกแม่บ้าน จำนวน 30 คน จากแบบสอบถามที่ได้ พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจต่อก้อนทำความสะอาดพื้นกลิ่นโอเชี่ยน หากพิจารณาในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก ในด้านการละลายน้ำได้ดีของผลิตภัณฑ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 4.03 รองลงมาคือ ด้านกลิ่นของผลิตภัณฑ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่าอยู่ที่ 4.00 รองลงมาคือ ความสะดวกในการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.90 ลำดับต่อมาคือด้านคุณภาพในการทำความสะอาดผลิตภัณฑ์ สามารถทดแทนการใช้น้ำยาทำความสะอาดแบบเดิมได้ และขนาดของผลิตภัณฑ์โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.87, 3.83 และ 3.80 ผลเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.91 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานโดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 0.03

Abstract

The cooperative education project on Floor Cleaning had the objectives: 1) to study how to make floor cleaning products in cube form; 2) to create floor cleaning products in cube form; 3) to reduce the cleaning process to eliminate redundant areas of the housekeeping department. The students entered the cooperative education work at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok in the housekeeping department. The students became aware of the problems that occur within the housekeeping department and they presented examples. Once the product was tested successfully, a total of 30 online product satisfaction questionnaires were used for 30 employees in the housekeeping department.

It was found that the respondents were satisfied with the Ocean odor lump-type floor cleaning powder at an overall high level, with an average of 3.91. The respondents had a high level of satisfaction with the highest average in terms of the water solubility of the product was averaged at 4.03, followed by the smell of the product, equal to 4.00, followed by the ease of use of the product, with an average of 3.90. Next was the quality of the cleaning products, and how they replace the use of conventional cleaning solutions, and the size of the product, with an average of 3.87, 3.83, and 3.80, respectively.
