Abstract

This report documents the co-op internship completed by me, Samragyee Rijal at Prestige Education Co. Ltd. (Thailand). This process involved the transition of my theoretical teachings from BBA Marketing to real-life solutions as a marketing intern. My key focuses were on social media management and content development, which included planning campaigns, analyzing engagement metrics, and increasing brand visibility. This report uses the Porter’s Five Forces method to strategically evaluate my organization’s competitive reach, integrated services, and individualized personal service. I have recognized a few issues, including communication barriers, scarcity of resources, etc. I have also proposed a few solutions to efficiently and effectively mitigate the noticed concerns. This internship has served as a brilliant opportunity to enhance existing and discover numerous marketing skills. It has perfectly demonstrated the process of fulfilling audience demands and the necessity of experiential learning in professional learning. This experience has shaped my technical and interpersonal skills as a marketing professional by smoothly illustrating how academic frameworks transform into effective commercial operations.
