Abstract
This report is a summary of my experience as an intern at Lexicon Business Communications, the number one digital storytelling agency in Bangkok. I got a position as a Digital Storytelling and Project Operations Assistant in the Digital Marketing Department. Based on the report, what I am supposed to do consist of supporting supervisor and project owners, assisting with creating visual mock-ups, handling a variety of content-related tasks, organizing a project operation and carrying out competitor analysis for clients. Moreover, it explores the use of AI platforms and automated workflows including Elementary AI and Zapier that improve efficiency and simplify the creation of content and organizing tasks. Throughout my internship I gained many things about strategies for digital marketing, AI and tools for SEO, task management, and communication abilities for work. Additionally, this report highlights the challenges faced, the lessons obtained, and suggestions for the company. Moreover, it shows how essential it is to remain open-minded, imaginative, collaborative, and eager to learn to keep up with the rapidly evolving field of digital marketing and content creation.
