Abstract
This co-operative study report presents an overview of my internship experience at AutoPro Enterprises, a leading automotive parts and accessories distributor in Nepal and an authorized distributor of Suzuki genuine parts. The organization plays a significant role in Nepal’s automotive aftermarket by providing reliable, high-quality products to individual customers, workshops, and businesses across multiple car brands. The primary objective of this internship was to gain practical exposure to marketing and direct sales within a real business environment. During the internship, I was actively involved in customer interaction, product promotion, and supporting sales activities. My role focused on understanding customer needs, recommending suitable automotive products, and contributing to overall business growth through effective communication and engagement. The study also highlights how AutoPro Enterprises operates within Nepal’s competitive automotive market by maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring product authenticity, and focusing on customer satisfaction. Overall, this internship provided valuable insights into real- world business practices and helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, particularly in the areas of marketing and sales within the automotive sector.
