บทคัดย่อ

จากการศึกษาพบว่าเครื่องจักรกลการผลิต Milling Machine รุ่น CLD-VHR-C ภายในโรงปฏิบัติงานวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ในแต่ละภาคการศึกษานั้นมีความถี่ในการใช้งานต่อวันสูงมาก ทำให้ต้องมีการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรกลการผลิตให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเพื่อตอบสนองต่อการเรียนการสอนตลอดเวลา คู่มือการใช้งานและการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเบื้องต้น กรณีศึกษาเครื่องจักรกลการผลิต Milling Machine รุ่น CLD-VHR-C นี้ออกแบบจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทราบถึงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรกลการผลิต เพื่อเป็นการตรวจสอบ ป้องกันการสึกหรอ ยืดอายุการใช้งานของเครื่องจักร และยังเป็นการป้องกันการเสียหายที่รุนแรงต่อเครื่องจักรในอนาคตซึ่งนำไปสู่ค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมแซมที่สูงขึ้น รวมไปถึงเพิ่มสมรรถนะของเครื่องจักรกลการผลิตให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

From the study, it was found that the Milling Machine model CLD-VHR-C, located within the Engineering Machinery Workshop at Siam University, experiences a significantly high frequency of daily usage in each academic semester. As a result, it necessitates regular inspection and maintenance to keep the machine in operational condition, meeting the continuous teaching and learning demands. This case study focuses on designing and creating an operating and basic maintenance guide for the Milling Machine model CLD-VHR-C to inform operators of the proper operational procedures and maintenance practices. This guide aims to enable regular checks, prevent malfunctions, extend the machine’s operational life, and safeguard it from severe damage that may lead to higher repair costs in the future. Moreover, it seeks to enhance the machine’s capabilities, ensuring optimal performance in its operational tasks.
