บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท พีดับเบิ้ลยูดี เอกซ์ จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 2564 ด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนรวม และเงินลงทุนที่ลงทุนในกองทุนรวมจากส่วนที่มาจากรมธรรมประกันชีวิตควบการลงทุนของบริษัท เอไอเอ ประเทศไทย ตามสัดส่วนการลงทุนที่ลูกค้าได้เลือกไว้ ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน เอไอเอ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่บริษัท ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายเป็นผู้จัดทำบันทึกรายการบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชี FlowAccount จัดทำหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย จัดเก็บเอกสารบนอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่าย (DSM Synology NAS) และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี FlowAccount ในงานบัญชี การจัดเก็บเอกสารบนอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่าย-Synology และมีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
PWD X Company Limited, founded in 2021, has the objective to manage mutual funds and investment capital from AIA Thailand’s unit-linked business according to the client’s stipulated investment allocation, under the supervision of the AIA Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The author was assigned to record business transactions with FlowAccount accounting software, prepare withholding tax certificates, store business documents in the Synology Network Attached Storage (Synology NAS), along with other tasks was assigned.
This project allowed the author to gain knowledge and understanding about the process of using the FlowAccount accounting program for accounting, the proceedures of the Synology Network Attached Storage (Synology NAS) and could increased performance skills. This raises confidence for future careers and the goal that this project to be useful to interested parties.
