บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำโครงงานเรื่องเจลหอมปรับอากาศกลิ่นใบเตย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์จากวัตถุดิบเหลือใช้ เพื่อลดต้นทุนค่าสเปรย์น้ำหอมปรับอากาศให้กับสถานประกอบการ และเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับสมุนไพรของไทย โดยการนำวัตถุดิบเหลือใช้จากแผนกแม่บ้านนำมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ คือ นำใบเตยหอมที่เหลือจากการใช้เป็นส่วนประกอบในการประดับแจกัน มาทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เจลหอมปรับอากาศกลิ่นใบเตย ที่เกิดประโยชน์ต่อสถานประกอบการ
หลังจากแผนกแม่บ้านได้นำไปทดลองใช้ โดยการนำไปวางในห้องน้ำของพนักงานและลูกค้า วางบนโต๊ะทำงานแต่ละแผนก เป็นระยะเวลา 1 สัปดาห์ มีผลตอบรับที่ดีโดยวัดจากผลประเมินแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ จากการสรุปผลจากตารางค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงงานเจลหอมปรับอากาศกลิ่นใบเตย มีระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.23 มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดในด้าน สามารถช่วยลดปริมาณขยะเหลือใช้ในโรงแรมได้ และน้อยที่สุด คือด้านกลิ่นของเจล คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 3.86

Abstract
The creation of a freshener with pandan scent had the objective to make products from unused raw materials to reduce the cost of air freshener spray. The goal was to add value to Thai herbs by making use of those leftover raw materials from the housekeeping department, specifically, pandanus leaves. They are left over after being used as an filler for decoration vases. These are made into an air freshener gel product with a pandan leaf scent that is beneficial to the establishment.
The housekeeping department tested the fragrant gel by placing it in the bathrooms of employees & customers and on the desk of each department for a period of 1 week. Feedback was measured via online questionnaire. The level of satisfaction with the pandan room freshener scent project was anayzed using both average and standard deviation of the sample group. The overall level of satisfaction was at a very high level, an average of 4.23. They were most satisfied in terms of that it can help reduce the amount of waste left in the hotel while the smell of the gel had the lowest average of 3.86, while still represents a high level of satisfaction.
