Abstract

This report is a summarization of my 16 weeks Co-operative study period as an Accounts and Finance Intern in Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., the exclusive distributor for Tata Motors in Nepal, is a practical instance of digital payment regulations functioning in one of the leading automotive sectors within the nation. Sipradi Trading, a leading auto part company with a dedication to providing unparalleled customer service, is looking into the application of digital payment solutions. The main objectives of writing this report are to understand the workings of digital paymentsin STPL,study about current guidelines by Nepal Rastra Bank regarding digital payments and to conduct a study about the current digital payments used by the company.

This report consists of numerous responsibilities I undertook during my internship period in Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. The internship was a connection between the theoretical knowledge and the actual application. By the end of this internship, I was able to get to a clearer understanding of the real world of corporate finance. This involved gaining the hands on of the financial operations and the day to day running of the office.

Briefly, this report gives an idea about the digital payment area of the automotive trade in Nepal as observed through the lens of Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, it talks about the new experience and skill acquired in the company’s Account and Finance Department as an intern.
