บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เดอะ คาร์โก้ ไฟล้ท์ส จำกัด เป็นตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าทั้งทางบก ทางน้ำ ทางอากาศ ภายในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ ส่วนใหญ่มุ่งเน้นขนส่งทางอากาศ ขณะที่ผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจ ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยแผนกบัญชี ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายการบันทึกเช็ครับ เช็คจ่าย ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน ออกหนังสือรับรองหัก ณ ที่จ่าย การพิมพ์เช็ค พิมพ์ใบนำฝาก ในโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Progress Transport System รวมไปถึงการคัดแยกเอกสาร การตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ความครบถ้วนของเอกสารทางบัญชี และงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการบันทึกใบกำกับภาษี การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ และออกใบเสร็จรับเงินด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Progress Transport System และมีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้นทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
Cargo Flights Co., LTD is an agent for transporting goods by land, water, air, within Thailand and internationally, with a focus on air transport. The student worked during to the cooperative project in the accounting department as an assistant. The duties were to record checks received, checks paid, issue receipts, issue withholding certificates, print checks, and print slips in the ready-made program Progress Transport System. It was important to check completeness of the accounting documents and other tasks assigned.
This project allowed the student to gain knowledge and understand the process of recording tax invoices, issuing invoices, and issuing receipts with the Progress Transport System. The project increased work skills, giving confidence in future careers and hopes that this project will be useful to those who are interested.
