บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท สมใจ บิซกรุ๊ป จำกัด เป็นร้านเครื่องเขียนเก่าแก่ มีอายุยาวนานกว่า 67 ปี ขายอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียน ร้านสมใจ มีสินค้ามากกว่า 60,000 รายการ มีทั้งอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียน, กระดาษ, เครื่องมือในการทำงานศิลปะและสิ่งประดิษฐ์ต่างๆ ในปัจจุบันได้เริ่มนำระบบไอทีเข้ามาช่วยในการบริหาร พร้อมทั้งขยายสาขาไปทั้งกรุงเทพ และ ต่างจังหวัด
ผู้จัดทำได้เข้าร่วมปฏิบัติงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท สมใจ บิซกรุ๊ป จำกัด โดยได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกบัญชี ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชีและการเงิน โดยได้รับมอบหมายปฏิบัติหน้าที่งานด้านบัญชีและการเงินพร้อมทั้งด้านการตรวจสอบ ผ่านระบบโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SAP ( Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing ) ซึ่งผู้จัดทำได้ทราบถึงประโยชน์ และความสำคัญสำหรับขั้นตอนทางเดินเอกสาร และการบันทึกบัญชีพร้อมทั้งการตรวจสอบ เพื่อแสดงรายงานทางการบัญชีสำหรับ บริษัท สมใจ บิซกรุ๊ป จำกัด ให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง จึงได้นำเสนอโครงงานในหัวข้อ “การทำบัญชีขายสินค้า และ บันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้การค้า ด้วยโปรแกรม SAP ( Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing ) Sale Accounting System And Accounting Record Payable Through SAP ( Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing )”
โครงงานดังกล่าวสามารถอธิบาย และสรุปเนื้อหา ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานในด้านระบบบัญชี การตั้งบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ และการขาย ที่มีหลายขั้นตอน ให้เข้าใจโดยง่าย ซึ่งผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานสหกิจนี้ จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ที่จะนำไปศึกษาต่อเพิ่มเติม รวมทั้งเป็นประโยชน์ในการที่จะนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปปรับใช้ในการทำงานทางด้านวิชาชีพบัญชีในอนาคตต่อไป

Abstract
Somjai Biz Group Company Limited is an old stationery shop with more than 60,000 products, including stationery, paper, art tools and various inventions. Recently, IT systems have begun to help in management, and they expanded branches to both Bangkok and other provinces. The student participated in a cooperative education project for Siam University at Somjai Biz Group Co., Ltd. and was assigned to work in the accounting department as an Accounting and Finance Assistant. The student performed duties in accounting and finance as well as auditing. The student understood the benefits and the importance for the document package process, accounting records, and audits. The project explained and summarized the operational procedures in accounting systems, set up accounts payable and sales with multiple steps. The organizer sincerely hopes that this cooperative project will be useful for those who will study further, and bring the knowledge gained to work in the accounting profession to the future.
