SK Polymer Co., Ltd. has assigned the employees to check the status of the machine by checking the temperature and water flow rate. Because of the number of machines in the company, it takes a lot of time to check status of machines. Thus, an automated machine status reporting system is presented to reduce the time of checking the status of the machines. The system will send the machine status information from the microcontroller board to display on the web application which accessed via a computer or smart phone. The developed system is applied by the ESP 8266 MCU node, Arduino IDE program and NETPIE platform. Based on the testing results of the automated machine status reporting system, it was found that the system can report the temperature and water flow rate through the web application correctly.
