บทคัดย่อ

     คู่มือการใช้งานแบบสากลซึ่งเป็นแบบภาษาอังกฤษทำให้พนักงานบางส่วนที่เข้าใจได้ ทางนักศึกษาจึงได้ทำคู่มือการใช้งานที่เป็นภาษาไทยให้กับพนักงานดับเพลิง เพื่อให้พนักงานใหม่เข้าใจได้มากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อให้พนักงานในองค์กรและประชาชนได้รับรู้พื้นฐานการจัดการใช้ถังดังเพลิงเบื้องต้น เพื่อให้ใช้งานได้อย่างรวดเร็วส่วนไหนที่ไม่เข้าใจก็ควรถามพนักงาน
     ผลจากการนำคู่มือไปใช้งาน ส่งผลให้มีความเข้าใจในการใช้อุปกรณ์บนรถดับเพลิงได้อย่างรวดเร็วและไม่เกิดข้อผิดพลาดในหน้าที่ และเกิดความปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้งาน
