บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอการออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าภายในร้านอาหาร เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่จะเกิดขึ้นของระบบส่งจ่าย ซึ่งจากการศึกษาระบบการทำงานและการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบที่จะเกิดขึ้นใหม่หลังจากการปรับปรุง ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสยามร่วมกับบริษัท กรีนคอร์ป เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด พบว่าโดยส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้ระบบไฟฟ้าในกระบวนการทำงานในร้านอาหาร และใช้กำลังไฟฟ้าเป็นจำนวนมาก

ผู้จัดทำได้ทำการรวบรวมปัญหาตั้งแต่เดือน สิงหาคม-ธันวาคม 2564 และออกแบบการใช้ไฟฟ้าในแต่ละวัน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ระบบส่งจ่ายไปยังกระบวนการทำงานที่ใช้ไฟฟ้าในระยะเวลา 5 เดือน มาทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ทำให้ทราบถึงความต้องการของระบบไฟฟ้าที่แท้จริง และสามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว เพื่อลดการเกิดปัญหาระบบไฟฟ้าไม่เพียงพอ และสามารถนำไปขยายผลเพื่อวิเคราะห์และประเมินความต้องการของระบบส่งจ่ายในอนาคต

Abstract

This cooperative education project presented the design and installation of electrical systems in restaurants. To prevent damage that may occur in the distribution system, the student studied of the working system and the analysis of new patterns that will arise after improvement. During the work in the cooperative education project of Siam University together with Green Corp Engineering Co., Ltd., it was found that most of the electrical systems were used in the process of working in restaurants and use a lot of electricity.

The student collected problem data from. August to December 2021 and design the daily use of electricity. The data will be used to analyze the distribution system and work processes that use electricity for a period of 5 months to understand the problem, know the real needs of the electrical system, and analyze problems accurately and quickly to reduce the occurrence of insufficient electrical system problems. The study can be extended to analyze and assess the needs of the delivery system in the future.
