Abstract
The Cooperative Education Report titled “Contributing for Circular Economy and Civic Leaders Empowerment through Impact Hub Kathmandu’’ provides a comprehensive overview of my 16- week-long internship at Impact Hub Kathmandu. Impact Hub is a non-profit organization that works to bring change and address challenges by supporting impact-driven individuals and organizations. The report aims to study the programs conducted by a non-profit organization and how it is managed. The report studies my role as a Programs and Research Intern at Impact Hub Kathmandu.
The report describes programs that I worked for as an intern: The Roots of Circularity Incubators Program (ROC) and the Civil Society and Media Program (CSM). By working in these two programs, I had the opportunity to engage in various tasks such as formulating communication plans, social media content creation, content writing, event management, documentation, research, and participant engagement. Through my involvement in these programs, I developed a profound understanding of the circular economy, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social empowerment. This report also addresses the challenges that Impact Hub Kathmandu faces and provides possible solutions and ecommendations to tackle these challenges for the organization’s growth and development.
In conclusion, the internship at Impact Hub Kathmandu was a fruitful experience. I gained a lot of knowledge and had an amazing time working here. The learning I received working here would be beneficial to me for my future career.
