บทคัดย่อ

     โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอการออกแบบและติดตั้งลิฟท์ขนส่งโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งจากการศึกษาระบบงานและการซ่อมบำรุงลิฟท์ ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสยามร่วมกับบริษัท พี.พี.ลิฟท์ จำกัด พบว่ามีปัญหาการติดตั้งลิฟท์อุตสาหกรรมบ่อลิฟท์สร้างไม่ตรงตามมาตรฐานที่วางแผนงานไว้ ทำให้การติดตั้งลิฟท์คาดเคลื่อนต้องแก้ไขบ่อลิฟท์ใหม่

     คณะผู้จัดทำได้ทำการรวบรวมปัญหาตั้งแต่เดือน พฤษภาคม-สิงหาคม 2564 และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการติดตั้งลิฟท์อุตสาหกรรม เพื่อนำปัญหาการติดตั้งลิฟท์อุตสาหกรรมที่ใช้เวลาในระยะเวลา 3 เดือน มาทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และการลดการเกิดปัญหาเดิมซ้ำ และสามารถนำไปขยายผลเพื่อใช้ในการผลิตครั้งอื่นๆ ที่มีการติดตั้งลิฟท์อุตสาหกรรม เพื่อลดปัญหาการในการติดตั้งลิฟท์ ตามนโยบายของบริษัท

Abstract

This cooperative education project presents the design and installation of industrial freight elevators. which from the study of the system and the maintenance of elevators During the operation in the cooperative education project of Siam University together with PP Lift Co., Ltd., found that there was a problem with the installation of industrial elevators in the elevator building that did not meet the planned standards. causing the installation of a mobile lift to fix a new elevator pit

The organizers have been collecting problems since a month. May-August 2021 and compare industrial elevator installation problems To bring the problem of installing industrial elevators that took 3 months to analyze the problem and can resolve problems quickly and reducing recurring problems and can be extended for use in other productions that are equipped with industrial lifts to reduce the problem of installing elevators according to company policy
