บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเยาวชนในอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงา 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเยาวชนในอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงาและ3) เพื่อพัฒนาข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเยาวชนในอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงาซึ่งเป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเยาวชนโรงเรียนดีบุกพังงาวิทยายนและโรงเรียนสตรีพังงา จำนวน 306 คน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1)ระดับรูปแบบพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเยาวชน กรณีศึกษา เยาวชนในอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงา พบว่า เยาวชนมีรูปแบบพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ 2) ปัจจัยการกล่อมเกลาทางการเมืองของเยาวชน ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำกิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์ ความสนใจทางการเมืองการปกครองของครอบครัว ความรู้ทางการเมืองการปกครองของประเทศไทย มีผลเชิงบวกต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเยาวชนในอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานและ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะจากงานวิจัย ได้แก่ ในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ภาครัฐ สถานศึกษา รวมถึงสถาบันครอบครัว จำเป็นต้องส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนกล้าที่จะมีส่วนร่วมกับประเด็นทางสังคมหรือประเด็นทางการเมือง เพิ่มกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่สร้างสรรค์ เปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนมีอิสระ กล้าคิด กล้าแสดงออกในประเด็นต่าง ๆ ที่เยาวชนมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง และมีการปลูกฝังในทุกระดับการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the political participation behavior of youth in Muang Phang Nga District, Phang Nga Province; 2) to study to factors affecting the political participation behavior of Youth in Muang Phang Nga District, Phang Nga Province; 3) to develop suggestions for promoting political participation behavior of youth in Muang Phang Nga Province. This study consists of quantitative research and survey research by using questionnaires for collecting data. The sample group of youth informants from Dibuk Phang Nga Wittayayon School and Satri Phang Nga School consisted of 306 people. Statistics used to analyze data included frequency, percentage, Mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation.
The results found that: 1) Level of Political participation behavior patterns of youths found that they was at low level; 2) Factors for youth political socialization including experiences in community services, interest of family in politics, political and govermeent knowledge of Thailand, had a positive effect on the political participation behavior of youth in Muang Phang Nga District with statistical significance at 0.05 level; 3) Suggestion from the reserch including to promote youth political participation, the role of government sector, educational institutions and family institutions was necessary to encourage youth to participate in social or political issues and creative learning activities, to give youth the opportunity to have free-thinking, and to express themselves on variour issues, and government sector, educational institutions and family institutions should continually cultivate political participation at all levels of education.
