บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการลงคะแนนเสียงให้แก่ผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็นการทั่วไป พ.ศ. 2566 แบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสงขลา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกผู้สมัครสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็น การทั่วไป พ.ศ. 2566 แบบแบ่งเขตเลือกตั้ง เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 1 จังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคำนวณด้วยสูตร Yamane ได้จำนวน 400 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ T-test, F-test และ การทดสอบสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประชากรผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20 – 25 ปี และ 41 – 45 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพเป็นข้าราชการหรือพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนระหว่าง 10,001-20,000 บาท ทั้งนี้มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกผู้สมัครสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านนโยบาย ด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร ด้านพรรคการเมืองตามลำดับ และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านกระแสทางการเมือง ด้านการรณรงค์หาเสียง ตามลำดับ และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลจำแนกตามอายุและรายได้ต่างกันมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้สมัครสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 นอกจากนี้การทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้สมัครสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรกับการเข้าร่วมทางการเมือง พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับที่ต่ำ

Abstract
This research studied the factors influencing the voting behavior of candidates in the general election for the House of Representatives members in the 1st electoral district of Songkhla province in the general election of 2023. The study also aimed to compare the factors affecting the selection of candidates in the general election of 2023 in the 1st electoral district of Songkhla province. The sample group, calculated using the Yamane formula, consisted of 400 individuals, and questionnaires were used as a research tool. Subsequently, statistical analysis were conducted on the data, including percentage, Mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test, and Pearson’s correlation test.
The study findings revealed that the majority of survey respondents were female, age between 20-25 years and 41-45 years. They had a bachelor’s degree and worked as government officials or state enterprise employees, with an average monthly income ranging from 10,001 to 20,000 baht. Overall, there is a high level of opinion regarding factors influencing the selection of candidates for parliamentary membership, and when considering income, it is found to be high in terms of policy, candidate qualifications, and political party considerations, in that order. At a moderate level are factors such as political trends, campaigning, and hypothetical test results. The study also finds that personal factors categorized by age and income exhibit statistically significant relationships with decision-making factors in choosing candidates for parliamentary membership at a significance level of 0.05. On the other hand, personal factors categorized by gender, education level, and occupation do not show statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level. Additionally, when examining the relationship between decision-making factors and political participation, it is found to be low.
