บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรที่ทำการปกครองอำเภอบ้านหลวง จังหวัดน่าน (2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร ที่ทำการปกครองอำเภอบ้านหลวง จังหวัดน่าน (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของคุณภาพชีวิตกับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรที่ทำการปกครองอำเภอบ้านหลวง จังหวัดน่าน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรที่ทำการปกครองอำเภอบ้านหลวง จังหวัดน่านจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 134 คน ใช้รูปแบบการแจกแบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล ใช้สถิติหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประชากรส่วนมากมีอายุงานไม่เกิน 2 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 15,000 บาท คุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับมาก ระดับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับมาก และความสัมพันธ์ของคุณภาพชีวิตกับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร พบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร โดยด้านที่มีค่าระดับความสัมพันธ์สูงสุด คือ ปัจจัยค่าตอบแทน มีค่าระดับความสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ 0.89 รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยสภาพการทำงาน มีค่าระดับความสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ 0.85 และ น้อยที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยโอกาสความก้าวหน้า มีค่าระดับความสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ 0.81 ตามลำดับ

Abstract
This research aimed to: (1) study the quality of life of personnel in Ban Luang Provincia Administration Office, Nan Province; (2) study the level of operational effectiveness of personnel in Ban Luang Provincial Administration Office; (3) study the relationship between quality of life and operational effectiveness of personnel in Ban Luang Provincial Administration Office. This research was quantitative and the population of the study was 134 personnel working in Ban Luang Provincial Administration Office. The statistics were frequencies, percentage, Mean, standard deviation, and the correlation coefficient analysis.
The result found that most of the population had no more than 2 years of working experience, had completed less than a bachelor’s degree, and had an average monthly income of less than 15,000 baht. The quality of life of personnel was at a high level. The level of operational effectiveness of personnel was at a high level and the quality of life correlated with operational effectiveness. It also found that all aspects of quality of life correlated with the operational effectiveness of personnel which the highest relationship was the compensation factor, 0.89 correlation level (r), following by the working condition factor with a correlation level (r) of 0.85 and the least was the chance of progress factor with a correlation level (r) of 0.81, respectively.
