บทคัดย่อ

การจัดทำโมเดลจำลองแผนผังฮอลล์จากกระดาษรีไซเคิล มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อช่วยอธิบายและให้ข้อมูลแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้อย่างชัดเจน สนับสนุนการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าและสอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ดังนั้น เป้าหมายหลักของการฝึกงานครั้งนี้คือการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะด้านการจัดการงานนิทรรศการ รวมถึงการประสานงานและการดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงาน โดยระหว่างการฝึกงาน ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ศึกษาและจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับ “โมเดลจำลองแผนผังฮอลล์จัดงานจากกระดาษรีไซเคิล” ซึ่งเป็นการสำรวจแนวทางในการใช้วัสดุรีไซเคิลเพื่อสร้างสรรค์งานจัดแสดงที่มีความยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ ผู้จัดทำยังได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ ทั้งยังได้รับคำแนะนำและข้อคิดเห็นที่เป็นประโยชน์จากผู้ที่มีความรู้ในสาขานี้
ผลการปฏิบัติงานในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดงานนิทรรศการเท่านั้น แต่ยังช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม การสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสถานการณ์จริง ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินชีวิตการทำงานในอนาคตของผู้จัดทำอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract

The purpose of creating a hall layout model from recycled paper is to provide clear guidance and information to event participants, while promoting the efficient use of resources and aligning with sustainable development principles. Therefore, the main objective of this internship was to learn and develop skills in exhibition management, including coordination and operational tasks related to organizing events. During the internship, the intern was assigned to study and prepare a report on the “Hall Layout Model from Recycled Paper,” which explored approaches to using recycled materials to create sustainable exhibition displays. In addition, the intern had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with an expert team and received valuable guidance and feedback from professionals in the field.
The outcomes of this internship not only enhanced understanding of the exhibition organization process but also helped develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in real situations, all of which will benefit the intern’s future professional life in a sustainable manner.
