บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์นี้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดทำใบเสนอราคาผ่านระบบออนไลน์ให้กับบริษัท เควี อินเตอร์เทค จำกัด เพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็วและลดข้อผิดพลาดในกระบวนการจัดทำใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า ซึ่งเดิมจัดทำด้วยมือ ในปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลถูกนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในธุรกิจอย่างกว้างขวาง ผู้จัดทำจึงได้ปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดทำใบเสนอราคาโดยนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลทางด้านอินเทอร์เน็ต ฐานข้อมูล และเว็บแอปพลิเคชันเข้ามาแก้ปัญหาข้างต้น โดยพัฒนาเป็นเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับลูกต้าในการขอใบเสนอราคา และพนักงานขายสามารถจัดทำใบเสนอและส่งให้ลูกค้าได้เรียลไทม์ตลอดเวลา ทำให้ลดข้อจำกัดเรื่องของเวลาและการเดินทาง ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย ตอบสนองลูกค้าได้รวดเร็ว และเพิ่มโอกาสในการขาย ระบบเมื่อพัฒนาเสร็จแล้วได้นำไปให้ผู้ใช้ทดลองใช้งาน พบว่า สามารถจัดทำใบเสนอราคาและปรับแก้ตามความต้องการของลูกค้าได้รวดเร็วขึ้น พนักงานขายได้รับความสะดวกในการทำงาน แต่ระบบควรปรับปรุงในเรื่องของความสวยงามของหน้าจอ และควรเพิ่มฟังก์ชันการขายต่อไปในอนาคต

Abstract

The objective of this project was to develop an online quotation management system for KV InterTech Co., Ltd. in order to speed up and reduce errors in the process of making quotations for customers which was originally arranged manually. Nowadays, digital technology is widely applied in business. I improved the quotation preparation process by using digital technologies with the Internet, databases, and web application technologies to solve the problems. By developing a web application for customers, they could request a quotation where salespeople could make a quotation and send it to customers in real time. This reduced the limitation of time and travel and helps to save costs, offer quick response to customers, and increases sales opportunities. The system, when the development was completed, was provided to users to try it out. It was found that can prepare and adjust quotations according to customer needs faster, salespeople are comfortable working, but the system should improve the user interface design to be friendly and easy to use, and should add a sales management function in the future.
