บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่อง ที่รองแก้วเรซิ่นฝังคิวอาร์โค้ด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาของที่ระลึก ซึ่งผสานความสวยงามของงานศิลป์เข้ากับประโยชน์ใช้สอยและมูลค่าทางความทรงจำสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว โดยการฝังคิวอาร์โค้ดลงในผลิตภัณฑ์จะช่วยเพิ่มช่องทางในการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลดิจิทัลระหว่างบริษัทกับลูกค้า ทำให้สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยว โปรโมชั่น และบริการต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และทันสมัย นอกจากนี้ ผลิตภัณฑ์ยังถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อสร้างความประทับใจและความผูกพันระหว่างบริษัทกับนักท่องเที่ยว ผ่านของที่ระลึกที่สามารถเก็บไว้เป็นความทรงจำในระยะยาว
ผู้จัดทำได้ทำคำถามสัมภาษณ์โดยสัมภาษณ์จากหัวหน้าพนักงานบริษัท โกลเด้นฟินิกซ์ทัวร์ จำกัด พบว่า พนักงานทั้งสองท่านมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า แนวคิดการนำเทคโนโลยี QR Code มาประยุกต์ใช้บนที่รองแก้ว เป็นนวัตกรรมที่ทันสมัยและตอบโจทย์ยุคดิจิทัล ช่วยให้ลูกค้าสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลหรือวิดีโอเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวได้สะดวกขึ้น นอกจากนี้แนวคิดดังกล่าวยังช่วย เสริมภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัทให้ดูมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทันสมัย และน่าเชื่อถือ สร้างความโดดเด่น และช่วยยกระดับประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าในเชิงบวก

Abstract

The Cooperative Education Project titled Resin Coaster Embedded with QR Code aims to design and develop a souvenir that integrates artistic aesthetics with practical functionality and memorable value for tourists. By embedding a QR code into the product, the project enhances digital connectivity between the company and its customers, allowing convenient and efficient access to tourism information, promotions, and services. Moreover, the product is designed to create lasting impressions and strengthen the bond between the company and tourists through a souvenir that can be kept as a meaningful memory. This project represents a combination of technology and creative design to elevate the tourism experience in response to the digital era.
An interview was conducted with staff members of Golden Phoenix Tour Co., Ltd. The results revealed that both employees shared a consistent opinion that integrating QR code technology into coasters represents an innovative and modern idea that aligns with the digital era. It enables customers to conveniently access travel information and videos while enhancing the company’s image as creative, modern, and reliable. Moreover, this innovation helps distinguish the company from competitors and positively enhances the customer experience.
