บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับทัศนคติและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการทุจริตการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสตูล ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสานวิธี โดยเน้นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เน้นการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบเจาะจง โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงจากการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และสนับสนุนด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (จำนวน  400 ตัวอย่าง) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์จำแนกพหุ (MCA) พร้อมทั้งการสร้างข้อสรุป (Generalization)

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า  1)  ทัศนคติต่อการทุจริตการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสตูล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการทุจริตการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสตูล พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประกอบด้วย อายุ อาชีพมีอิทธิพลต่อทัศนคติต่อการทุจริตการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสตูลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the attitude of people towards the cheating of elections of local administrative organizations in Satun Province. The method used was a mix-method research, the qualitative research was in-depth interview and  was analyzed by content analysis, and the quantitative research was collected by questionnaires with 400 random samples by accidental sampling. The statistical tool used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple classification analysis (MCA) for generalization.

The research found that:1) the attitude of people towards the cheating of elections of local administrative organizations in Satun Province was a high level; 2) the demographic factors, such as age and occupation, had effects on the attitude of people towards the cheating of elections of local administrative organizations in Satun Province with statistical significance at 0.05.
