บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานสหกิจนี้นำเสนอวิธีการสร้างเครื่องกระทุ้งกระดาษ เพื่อใช้สำหรับเครื่องจักรแปรรูปม้วนกระดาษให้เป็นแผ่นกระดาษ เพื่อผลิตงานพิมพ์ประเภทฟอร์ม ใบกำกับภาษี ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบนำฝาก ใบโอน ใบชำระ ฯลฯ ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าหลักของบริษัท รอยัลเปเปอร์ฟอร์ม และเป็นงานพิมพ์ที่พิมพ์มาจากเครื่องป้อนม้วนหน้าแคบ เครื่องกระทุ้งกระดาษนี้ช่วยให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน สามารถทำงานได้เร็วขึ้น ไม่ต้องเสียเวลากระทุ้งงานด้วยมือ ซึ่งทำให้บริษัทฯผลิตสินค้าได้จำนวนที่เพิ่มมากขึ้นในเวลาอันรวดเร็ว  เครื่องกระทุ้งากระดาษนี้ทำให้กองกระดาษสามารถเรียงตัวเป็นแผ่นได้อย่างราบเรียบ และรวดเร็ว โดยการสั่นของมอเตอร์ที่ออกแบบมาให้สามารถปรับความเร็วรอบได้ ทำให้เครื่องกระทุ้งกระดาษเกิดแรงสั่นสะเทือนที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะงานพิมพ์แต่ละประเภท จากผลการทดสอบใช้งานโดยผู้ปฏิบัติงานภายในบริษัทฯ แสดงให้เห็นว่า เครื่องกระทุ้งกระดาษที่สร้างขึ้นนี้สามารถใช้งานได้ดีและเป็นที่พึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน

Abstract

This cooperative project presents the design and construction of a paper jogger machine for continuous form printing press, to be used as a part of the converting process from a paper roll into stacked papers. Royal Paper Forms Co. Ltd. main products are forms, forms, tax invoices, invoices, deposit invoices, payment invoices, etc. They were printed from a roll-to-roll narrow web offset printing machine and needed to pass through a converting process before it can be delivered. Stacking sheet of papers after converting from roll-to-sheet process is painstaking and time consuming. Instead of slowly doing it by hand, this paper jogger helps the operator to work faster and more effective, resulting in more productivity. This paper jogger allows the stack of paper to be arranged into a smooth stack. Equipped with a vibrating motor with adjustable speed allows the machine to be suitable for many types of printing job. From the test results used by the operator within the company showed that this paper shaker was able to work well and satisfy the users.
