Abstract

This internship report outlines Yati (Pinky) Maung Maung Myint’s six-month experience as a Business Developer Intern at Interkids Bilingual School Nimitmai, where she navigated challenges and achieved significant accomplishments in IT and education. Her role involved creating a Moodle-based database, designing a centralized student website, personalizing lesson plans, and teaching English to enhance students’ writing and comprehension skills. By integrating technology into educational practices, she developed efficient solutions for educators and students while strengthening her technical skills in front-end development, database management, and web design, as well as soft skills in innovation, leadership, and time management. She recommends digitizing paper-based systems to minimize risks from natural disasters, consolidating English subjects for a streamlined curriculum, and expanding resources to enhance competitiveness with international schools offering structured English programs.
