Abstract
The objective of this study were 1) to Improve the operation of accounting department by using of 5s activities 2) to make employees in the accounting department to be effective 3) to make the employees work fast 4) to enhance customer satisfaction. The problem is that the working in the accounting department contains great number of document in place. 5s Activities is applied for the document improvement. After improvement found that the operation in providing service to customers is effective, the employees work fast, the customers are satisfied and impressive with the service of the bank.
