บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์นี้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลและพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันให้กับโครงการ Reach You ของภาควิชาการตลาดดิจิทัล สำหรับเป็นตัวกลางระหว่างผู้ที่ต้องการกำจัดขยะขนาดใหญ่ในไซต์งานก่อสร้างและเจ้าของรถผู้รับจ้างนำขยะไปทิ้ง โดยประยุกต์ใชเหลักการการประมูลสินค้ามาตัวกำหนดราคา โดยระบบฐานข้อมูลบริหารจัดการด้วย MariaDB พัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันด้วย Flutter, ภาษา Dart, ภาษา PHP และ Google Maps API ผลการทดสอบระบบโดยผู้ช้งาน พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามขอบเขตหน้าที่ตามที่กำหนด โดยไซต์งานก่อสร้างสามารถโพสต์หาผู้รับจ้างได้ และผู้รับจ้างสามารถเห็นโพสต์ต่างๆ และทำการเข้าร่วมประมูลเสนอราคาได้ ระบบสามารถช่วยในการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้รับจ้างที่เสนอราคาที่ดีที่สุดต่อไซต์งานก่อสร้างได้ ทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายสามารถติดต่อสื่อสารเพื่อทำการขนย้ายขยะผ่านระบบได้

Abstract
The objective of this project is to develop a database management system and a mobile application for the Reach You project of the Digital Marketing Department. The system serves as an intermediary between individuals seeking to dispose of large construction site waste and truck owners who provide waste disposal services. The system applies auction-based pricing principles to determine disposal costs. The database management system is built using MariaDB, and the mobile application is developed using Flutter, Dart, PHP, and Google Maps API. After testing by users the results indicate that the system functions as intended. Construction site owners can post waste disposal requests, and contractors can view these posts and participate in bidding. The system facilitates decision-making by selecting the contractor with the best price offer. Additionally, both parties can communicate and coordinate waste transportation through the system.
