บทคัดย่อ
โครงการสหกิจศึกษาเล่มนี้ได้นำเสนอประสบการณ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์เกี่ยวกับการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรกลไฟฟ้าภายในบริษัท โรจน์ แอดเวอร์ไทซิ่ง จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นการเรียนรู้ในการปฏิบัติงาน สามารถแบ่งตามประเภทของงาน คือการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน การซ่อมบำรุงรักษาหลังเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง การซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเชิงปรับปรุงแก้ไข เป็นการป้องกันการชำรุดของเครื่องจักรต่างๆ และสามารถทำงานได้อย่างสะดวก โดยสรุปขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานดังนี้ คือการทําความสะอาด การตรวจเช็คและวัดสารหล่อลื่น การปรับแต่งการใช้ การเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนที่สึกหรอหรือชํารุด และการทดสอบการทำงาน ทำให้ได้ประสบการณ์ และความเข้าใจการทำงานด้านการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรต่างๆ เพื่อลดการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร และเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต

Abstract
This cooperative operation project presents experience in the maintenance of electrical equipment within the Fachinery at Roj Advertising Company. It is a learning operation with a preventive maintenance plan, maintenance after breakdown, maintaining the appearance of improvements and protection to make maintenance convenient. In summary, the steps are cleaning, checking, measuring lubricants, adjusting use, replacing worn or damaged parts and testing. From learning to gain experience and understanding of working in the maintenance of various machines which helps reduce machine breakdowns and can increase productivity.
