ระบบจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์เเละเครื่องมือทางการเเพทย์

บทคัดย่อ

     วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์นี้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์เเละเครื่องมือทางการเเพทย์ ให้กับภาควิชาวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล เพื่อช่วยในการค้นหาอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลไว้ในรูปแบบไฟล์ Excel ทำให้เกิดปัญหาในการอัปเดตข้อมูลเครื่องมือเนื่องจากมีจำนวนมากทำให้ยากต่อการค้นหา ดังนั้นคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้พัฒนาระบบรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน และจัดเก็บข้อมูลลงฐานข้อมูล แบ่งผู้ใช้ออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้ใช้งาน สามารถค้นหา ดูรายละเอียด แก้ไข อุปกรณ์ที่ต้องการได้ ดูการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อถึงวันทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ 2) หัวหน้าห้อง Lab จะสามารถเพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไขบัญชีผู้ใช้ รวมถึงใบรับรองของอุปกรณ์แต่ละชิ้นได้ และ 3) ผู้บริหารภาควิชา จะสามารถทราบจำนวนอุปกรณ์แต่ละประเภทได้ เพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไข บุคลากร อุปกรณ์ ประเภทอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงสถานที่ได้ ในการออกแบบส่วนติดต่อกับผู้ใช้ได้ออกแบบตามหลักการของ UX/ UI เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนา ได้แก่ Visual Studio Code เขียนชุดคำสั่งด้วยภาษา PHP, HTML นำ Bootstrap Framework มาใช้ในการตกแต่งหน้าเว็บไซต์ และบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม phpMyAdmin ผ่านเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ จากการพัฒนาระบบสามารถช่วยในการค้นหาอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็วมากขึ้นสามารถทราบรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงสามารถตรวจสอบการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์แต่ละชิ้นได้

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to develop a storage system for medical equipment and instruments for the Department of Immunology, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital. This system aims to facilitate the efficient retrieval of medical equipment. Currently, the department stores data in Excel files, which leads to challenges in updating and locating equipment due to the large volume of information. To address these issues, the project team has developed a web application-based system with data storage integrated into a database. The system categorizes users into three groups: General Users: This group can search for, view details, and edit information about medical equipment as needed. They can also receive notifications for equipment cleaning schedules. Lab Supervisors: Supervisors can add, delete, and edit user accounts as well as manage certificates associated with individual pieces of equipment. Department Administrators: Administrators can monitor the quantity of each type of equipment, add, delete, and edit personnel, equipment, equipment categories, and locations. The user interface is designed based on UX/UI principles. The development tools include Visual Studio Code, with PHP and HTML as the programming languages. The Bootstrap framework is employed for website styling, while phpMyAdmin is used for database management through a web browser. The developed system enhances the efficiency of medical equipment retrieval, provides detailed information about each item, and enables effective monitoring of equipment maintenance.
