บทคัดย่อ

     โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ภายในสำนักงานการไฟฟ้านครหลวง กรณีสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) ผู้ว่าการไฟฟ้านครหลวง จึงมีคำสั่งให้พนักงานในที่ทำการแต่ละเขต แบ่งปฏิบัติงานจากที่บ้าน (Work from Home) และปฏิบัติงาน ณ ที่ทำการในส่วนที่มีความจำเป็น แผนกงานโทรศัพท์จึงได้นำแอพพลิเคชัน AVAYA Workplace ให้พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานจากที่บ้านใช้ติดต่อกับลูกค้า ระหว่างการปฏิบัติการในโครงการสหกิจศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสยามร่วมกับการไฟฟ้านครหลวง ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย การติดตั้ง Application AVAYA Workplace และการติดตั้งใบ Certificate อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ ทั้งระบบ IOS และ Android

Abstract

     This cooperative education project presented the troubleshooting of a telephone system within the Metropolitan Electricity Authority. In the case of the situation of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Governor of Metropolitan Electricity Authority is ordered for employees in each district and branch office location, work from home, and some that are necessary work at the office. For that reason, the telephone department brought the AVAYA Workplace application for employees who work from home so they can contact customers during the cooperative education project of Siam University and Metropolitan Electricity Authority. It consisted of Installing the AVAYA Workplace application and the installation of electronic certificates on smartphones for both IOS and Android systems.
