บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนา เว็บไซต์บริหารจัดการ ทุนการศึกษา มูลนิธิร่วมจิตต์ น้อมเกล้าฯ เพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพิ่มความสะดวกให้กับพนักงานที่ใช้งานระบบสามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ คณะผู้จัดทำได้ทำการดำเนินการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบเว็บไซต์บริหารจัดการทุนการศึกษามูลนิธิร่วมจิตต์น้อมเกล้าฯ โดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio Code 2021 ในการเขียนชุดคำสั่งด้วยภาษา PHP เวอร์ชัน 8.0.9 ในการพัฒนาหน้าแอปพลิเคชั่นร่วมกับ JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS3 และติดต่อฐานข้อมูล MySQL เวอร์ชัน 10.4.20 ซึ่งเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวสามารถจัดการข้อมูลเยาวชน ข้อมูลกองทุน ข้อมูลการเงิน และข้อมูลการส่งทุน ซึ่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกเก็บไว้เป็นประวัติสามารถนำไปใช้ในการออกรายงานได้ ช่วยลดข้อผิดพลาดในการทำงาน ทำให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยลดการใช้กระดาษ และจัดเก็บข้อมูลให้เป็นระเบียบง่ายต่อการเลือกใช้งาน

Abstract

The objective of developing Ruamchit Normklao Foundation Scholarship Management Website is to support the human resources department, management and employees to enhance efficiency and provide convenience for employees using the system, enabling them to update their information regularly. The development team has conducted an analysis and design of the data management system for the Ruamchit Normklao Foundation Scholarship Management Website, utilizing Visual Studio Code 2021 to write code in PHP version 8.0.9. The application interface has been developed in conjunction with JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3, while connecting to a MySQL database version 10.4.20. This website is can manage data related to youth, funds, financial information, and scholarship allocations. All data is stored as a historical record, which can be utilized for report generation. This system helps reduce errors in operations, enhances work efficiency, minimizes paper usage, and organizes data for easier access.
