บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบช่วยเหลืองานขาย ของบริษัทจัดจำหน่ายน้ำมันหล่อลื่น จารบีแลtแบตเตอรี่ ที่มีรูปแบบการขายโดยมีตัวแทนขายไปพบลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าและรับคำสั่งซื้อ แล้วทำการโทรศัพท์แจ้งคำสั่งซื้อไปยังสำนักงานขาย ปัญหาที่พบคือมีความผิดพลาดจากการจดบันทึกคำสั่งซื้อผ่านทางโทรศัทพ์ คณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้พัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบช่วยเหลืองานขาย เพื่อให้พนักงานขายบันทึกคำสั้งซื้อในระบบงานขายได้สะดวกและถูกต้อง รวมถึงเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลไปยังระบบ ERP โดยมีส่วนการทำงานประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานระบบ ข้อมูลสินค้า 2) ผู้แทนขาย จัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ 3) สำนักงานขายสามารถจัดข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลส่วนลด ข้อมูลโปรโมชันและข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ โดยระบบถูกพัฒนาในรูปแบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชันโดยใช้ Visual Studio Code เป็นเครื่องมือในเขียนชุดคำสั่งด้วยภาษา PHP JAVASCRIPT และ CSS จัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL

Abstract
This thesis aims to develop a web application for a sales system. Currently, sales representatives place orders using paper forms and communicate with the office via telephone, leading to data inaccuracies. The developed web application comprises three main components: 1) System administrators can update various system data; 2) Sales representatives can modify customer information and place orders; 3) The office section can update customer data, product information, discount details, promotion data, and order information. The system was designed as a web application using Visual Studio Code for development, and PHP, JavaScript, and CSS for scripting. MySQL is used for database management. The system can connect data to the existing ERP system, aiding sales by presenting products and facilitating accurate and efficient order management.
