บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท แลนด์โก้ สปอร์ต แอนด์ มิวสิคเคิล จำกัด เป็นบริษัทที่ประกอบธุรกิจนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าประเภทอุปกรณ์กีฬาและเครื่องดนตรีต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะมีลูกค้าทั้งภายในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ โดยส่วนใหญ่แล้วบริษัท แลนด์โก้ สปอร์ต แอนด์ มิวสิคเคิล จำกัด จะมีการนำเข้าสินค้ามาจากประเทศจีน โดยทางบริษัทมีเอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบในการส่งออกมากมาย เช่น Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Pro Forma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Exchange, Bill of Lading โดยบริษัท แลนด์โก้ สปอร์ต แอนด์ มิวสิคเคิล จำกัด จะมีแบรนด์เป็นของตัวเอง เช่น SPORTLAND, LANDWIN, ANGEL, SUPER SPORT, GRAND SPORT เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้กระบวนการจัดเก็บเอกสาร จะทำโดยผ่านระบบโปรแกรม Accpac การศึกษาขั้นตอนการจัดทำเอกสารส่งออก ทำให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract
Landco Sport & Musical Co., Ltd. run an import and export business on sport and musical instrument. The company customer is both domestic and foreign country. Most of these company product are imported from China. There are a lot of document used for export i.e. as Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Pro forma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Exchange, Bill of Lading. Landco Sport & Musical Co., Ltd. has its own brand such as the brand “SPORTLAND, LANDWIN, ANGEL, SUPER SPORT, and GRAND SPORT, etc. Company documentation is done with Accpac software. We studied these export documentation to advance the operation and create more efficiency.
