บทคัดย่อ
ภาควิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มีอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับใช้ในการเรียนการสอนเป็นจำนวน 105 เครื่อง โดยทุกสิ้นปีการศึกษาจะต้องทำรายงานทรัพย์สินเพื่อรับการตรวจสอบจากฝ่ายจัดซื้อ การดำเนินงานเดิมเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์จะทำการสำรวจและบันทึกข้อมูลอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยดปรแกรมไมโครซอฟต์เอกเซล ไม่มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เป็นระบบ ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบระยะเวลาประกันอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์แต่ละตัวได้ ผู้จัดทำในฐานะนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาจึงได้รับมอบหมายให้พัฒนาโปรแกรมสำหรับบันทึกข้อมูลอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ให้เป็นระบบ สามารถจัดทำรายงานได้ง่ายและรวดเร็ว ผู้จัดทำจึงได้พัฒนาโปรแกรมบันทึกข้อมูลอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยโปรแกรมแอปชีท ที่สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้เพื่อการจัดทำรายงานและค้นหาข้อมูลได้รวดเร็ว และบันทึกลงฐานข้อมูลได้ง่าย

Abstract
The Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Science, possesses a total of 105 computers for educational purposes. At the end of each academic year, an asset report must be submitted for verification by the procurement department. In the past, the computer laboratory administrators conducted surveys and recorded computer equipment data using Microsoft Excel. There was no systematic data storage, and it was not feasible to track the warranty periods for individual computers. I, a cooperative education student, was assigned to develop a program to record the computer equipment data. This program needed to facilitate easy and swift report generation. Therefore, I developed a program to record computer equipment data using Google Appsheet. This program allows for quick report creation, efficient data retrieval, and easy database recording.
